About Me
Head Psychologist at the Rüschlikon Outpatient Clinic
Clinical Psychologist
Federally Recognized Psychotherapist (FOPH)
Specialist in Psychotherapy (FSP)
I am a psychological psychotherapist with a multicultural background and a passion for meaningful, lasting change. Having grown up and trained in several countries—including Switzerland, Germany, France, Lebanon, and the United States—I bring not only international professional experience, but also a deep understanding of diverse life realities, cultures, and identities.
What drives me is the belief that it is not so much what happens that matters, but how we interpret and respond to a situation. I support people in finding their own inner voice, gaining clarity, and developing psychological resilience in a focused and sustainable way.
Sometimes, the very things we value most can hold us back—old beliefs, familiar patterns, inner drivers. My work is not about becoming someone else, but about reconnecting with yourself, developing a deeper understanding, and consciously creating new paths.
